We are thrilled to be working with our longtime textile and clothing client Passementrie on a logo design and branding for their new wholesale line. Our hand-drawn artwork for the logo mark and embellishments speaks to the beautiful woodblock florals found in Trade Cloth’s signature fabrics, and our soft color palette and hand-lettered typography stand out against both the bright and colorful dresses that are a hallmark of the line, as well as the subdued linen vests, skirts, and accessories. Our suite of hangtags incorporates smooth cotton paper as well as eye-catching transparent vellum, layering the design elements and information the same way one layers garments from this brand. We brought this same feeling to the forefront in a business card design on clear acrylic printed with buttery cream ink, and trade show booth materials designed in bold solid colors with floral accents which let the garments shine. We look forward to sharing images of the clothing, advertising materials, and website design later in the year!
