Pricing Guide
We are constantly working to offer you new and better design packages. Every package is tailored for the unique requirements of each of our clients, just as every project is different and distinctive in its own way.
Please use this guide as a reference only, and keep in mind that our prices do vary depending on each project’s particular needs. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions.
SELL, SELL, SELL: $25,000-$45,000+
For online retail shops, we know how important it is to easily, quickly (and constantly!) be able to feature, sell, add, and remove products and items for sale on your e-commerce website, update your inventory, and integrate with a safe and secure shopping cart function that collects your customers’ data and payment information. We will guide you in determining and implementing the best e-commerce system for your business’s needs. Advanced functions like cross-sell, search-by-item filter characteristics such as size and color, special promotional offers, and multiple shipping options are also smart additions that we can tailor and include. We work with Shopify, WooCommerce, and others, and offer inventory transfer from your old site as well as personalized training sessions with your staff to get your new online retail on a roll.

Which Content Management System is the best fit for your company? Let us help you figure it out and determine the right solution for your project. Our studio specializes in custom work with WordPress, and we also provide unique design solutions for and integrations with other powerful database tools that offer easy, user-friendly online editing in any browser. Pricing estimate applies to a large, feature-rich site and includes custom design elements and tailored graphics to complement your existing branding, content placement, individualized instruction packets and training sessions, and basic SEO. Within this pricing structure, we can also complete a customized blog with unique design touches, tasteful widgets, and plugins to capture your existing brand and make the most of your online efforts.
THE NEW OLD FASHIONED: $5,500-$8,500+
We love to create beautifully designed custom CMS websites, which allow you to update your own text, photo, and navigation content anytime. If you are looking for a thoughtfully designed, fully responsive web presence, let us unleash our specialty—a custom WordPress website design. Your new site will resize for laptops, cinema displays, tablets, and mobile phones, and basic features like your social media tools and mailing list sign-up opportunities can share center stage, too. Future updates can easily be done by you on the familiar WordPress editing platform, which we will teach you how to use in a personalized training session, or handled by us or another web developer of your choice at an hourly rate.

GOOGLE LISTINGS: $500-$1,500+
Listing your company with Google ads, business listings, and a Google+ Plus page, and using features via Google Drive and Gmail to backup your data and docs and create a shared calendar can be a great choice for improving both your web presence and online productivity. Let us setup the suite for you, and even help you write your ads.
HOST-ESS WITH THE MOST-EST: $500-$1,000+
Hosting woes? Hosting, email, and domain setup are a snap when we take care of everything for you. We can recommend hosting providers and pricing options, setup your accounts, and register, activate, or transfer your domains. Help in getting you a new email address at your own domain is also at our fingertips. You can host your site and register your domain with any company you choose; we will assist you in analyzing the options, setup, technical requirements, and activation. No up-charges, and no future obligations to us here at Think All Day—you own your own hosting accounts free and clear, no strings attached.
SEO — SHARE IT WITH THE WORLD: $1,500-2,500+
Page titles, metadata, keywords, alt tags, site maps, light editing of text for optimal inclusion of keywords, linking, and all those fun Search Engine Optimization goodies that will help you improve your rankings on Google, Yahoo, Bing, and more now that you have a snappy new website. Price indicates one-time fee for one-time improvements, and depends on the size of your site. SEO is most successful when revisited on a regular basis; we would be happy to speak with you about an ongoing package plan.
GET ANIMATED: $500-$2,000+
Add a little flair with animation on your site, such as photo slideshows, short video clips, animated GIFs, and custom illustrations to give your project that extra touch and stand out above the rest.
GET SOCIAL: $1,000+
Setup and customization of today’s top social and business networking accounts with a look to match your website on Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. We will teach you how to update your profiles, status, photos, and events. And, we will create custom icons for each of your social sites and integrate them into your own website to send your customers finding and following you all over the web.
HEY, MR. POSTMAN: $500+
We offer design of a custom email campaign template to match your existing branding, and integration of a custom sign-up button on your website, for the third-party email marketing tool of your choice such as MailChimp, iContact, Vertical Response, Constant Contact, or others. These applications include useful statistics for each send, including readership, click-throughs, and bounce-backs, and let your customers sign up or opt out of your list on their own, and share or forward your messages to their friends and contacts. Additionally, we’ll help you transfer and import your database of contacts with your new provider.
BRANDING IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT: $4,500-$6,500+
We begin with a conversation, and a visit to your business if you are located in Santa Fe or Yakima, then create a mood board of inspirations and sketches to begin developing, enhancing, or refining your company’s branding. Our process includes close, personalized work alongside each client to determine font and color selection and final logo design, giving you the core elements that will be used in all of your company’s future branding and identity collateral. (We travel, too! If you are not local to New Mexico or Washington state but would like an in-person business visit as part of your project, we are more than happy to work with you to arrange travel to your location.)
STATIONERY PACKAGES: $1,500-$3,000+
Once your branding identity development has been completed, we design beautiful and memorable custom print pieces from business cards to a full suite of letterhead, envelopes, notecards, and more. We source high-quality print services of the final designs from specialty shops which produce letterpress, embossing, debossing, die cutting, hand-painted edging, spot UV, and other high-end effects as well as high quality cotton, linen, feltweave, kraft, and other fine papers.
PRINT ADVERTISING: $300-$600+
From the Santa Fe New Mexican newspaper to Art in America magazine, we are experienced in designing print advertising for the best impact of your brand in print publications, and working with your ad rep and printer specifications to get files turned in on time, in excellent compliance with each publication’s requirements.
SIGNAGE DESIGN: $800-$1,500+
Our signage designs are elegant and eye-catching, and our graphics are built to translate into a finely made product that is sure to be a showcase piece for your branding. We work with top quality production shops to create watercut metal, routered wood, sandblasted stone, and recycled plastic signage as well as other special materials to best meet your needs. We arrive in person to measure your space and storefront (if local to Santa Fe or Yakima), provide digital renderings of proposed signage shown to size on photographs of your building, and coordinate bids, fabrication, and even delivery and installation of your signs with the best manufacturers. We are familiar with Santa Fe’s historic review and signage application processes and provide the files and changes you need to receive approval from the city, working side-by-side with you throughout the permitting process. Design Additions
T-SHIRTS, PACKAGING, AND MERCHANDISE: $500-$2,500+
Promote your brand with customized t-shirts, product packaging, cd and book covers, and other merchandise like tote bags, lookbooks, labels, hangtags, pens, post-its, or calendars. We are experienced in designing for and working with manufacturers for all sorts of promotional items, and we love it! Let us know what you’re dreaming of, and we can help design and create it, from concept to completion.
CUSTOM ILLUSTRATION: $1,000-$2,500+
Bring your brand to its full potential with singular, custom artwork created just for you. Just say no to clip art and stock drawings! Our illustrations are drawn specially to fulfill your individual request and your company’s needs, and range from pen and ink to watercolor to oil paint and woodblock, to be used in logos, stationery, websites, t-shirts, signage, cards, maps, cd covers, book layouts, and more.
The Fine Print
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
The price of printing, shipping, website hosting, domain registration, product/merchandise investment (i.e. t-shirts, new fonts, stock photography, or other hard costs) is not included in our pricing guides. We will research and present options to you, and work within your budget to find the best available options to complete your new designs. There are no up-charges or reseller fees to Think for any of these costs; we let you know the real prices from a selection of recommended vendors and help you decide. Clients in the state of New Mexico must pay applicable Gross Receipts tax.
TIMEFRAME:
We look forward to starting on your project as soon as possible. However, we ask you to leave plenty of time to truly enjoy the design and creative process. A website can take 4-9 months to develop and launch, depending on your needs, feedback, and approval process. Stationery, signage, and shirts can take 2-6 weeks for print production after the design approval process has been completed, depending on your order specifications and fabricator. The design process can range from 4-12 weeks or more, depending on the client.
HOURLY RATE:
All of our design services for maintenance and other tasks in addition to the packages listed above are available at the hourly rate of $125. This includes work such as website and design updates, meetings, and other requests.
COSTS:
Every project solution is crafted to meet individual clients’ needs. On average, our small business clients spend approximately $10,000-$15,000 per moderately-sized initial project. Larger projects may cost $20,000-$40,000 or more. For smaller budgets, special pricing and package ideas are suggested in our pricing guide above, and we are happy to chat with you about your goals and budget requirements as well. Most of our clients return throughout the years for all of their graphic and web design needs, with requests from small updates or additions for $100 or so, to larger additional projects closer to the original scope and pricing. Whether you want to spend $1,000 or $10,000 on your brand, we are here to work with you.
PAYMENT:
We accept a deposit of 50% of the estimate in order to begin work on your contract, followed by incremental billings of the accrued balance each month as work continues. The final balance is due upon project completion.
OWNERSHIP + PORTFOLIO APPEARANCE:
Our clients own the work that they have paid for. Your website files live on your own hosting account; we provide you a print-ready package of final files from logos and color specifications to advertising and merchandise layouts that meet your printer’s specifications; you will receive completed layouts of your press releases for your use. Think All Day retains rights to the source files we have created for you, including original artwork, programming, and other work produced on each client’s behalf. Think All Day also retains permission for credit to the work (i.e. a hyperlink and credit in the footer of your website), and the ability to showcase work produced for our clients on Think’s own website, portfolio, blog, and social media.
